Day 62
Today I'm purging a second item that my husband brought up from the basement. It's the 2003
Red Book of coin collecting. I'm actually surprised that my husband decided to purge this hardbound book. Clint likes hobbies. He finds a book about something and he can envision himself becoming a master. Master potato maker, master furniture craftsman, master coin collector. The list goes on. Recently, I've been on this bandwagon, checking out books at the library on a variety of new topics. Luci, mistress of soap-making, mistress of beekeeping, mistress of bread baking. It's easy to envision yourself becoming artfully adept at a new hobby. It's much harder to follow through. For now, maybe Clint and I should focus our energies on being master parents.
