October 6: Para Bailar La Bomba!

Day 149

Tonight, I made enchiladas for dinner. I've never made enchiladas before, but they are Clint's favorite at-home Mexican food. The recipe I made was from the Pioneer Woman's first cookbook. They took a long time to assemble, but ultimately they were worth it! I also made cilantro-lime rice as a side. Oddly enough, my sister Abby is also making enchiladas tonight. Great minds.

Before
After
In the spirit of the enchiladas, Clint spoke to Peter is Spanish for a large portion of the evening and for some reason we both started singing "Para Bailar La Bomba!" This is the actual title and words to the song everyone usually sings a "La La La La La La Bomba!" It means "In order to dance the Bomba!" The enchiladas were muy delicioso.

Today I am purging a book called Little Nino's Pizzaria.

Here's a picture of Petie playing with his blocks. He gnaws on his blocks like it is his job.

More! I must have more!
