I keep forgetting to mention that this week my blog broke 1,000 page views. In fact, this morning my blog was up to 1,037 page views! In 84 days, that comes out to just over 12 page views/day...and I don't even count my own views. If I did, I'd have about 5,000 page views because I love to look at the pictures of Petie :) Thanks to everyone who reads this blog (mostly friends and family)...knowing that people read my posts encourages me to keep going!
Saturdays are my favorite work day for a lot of reasons. 1. I leave Petie with Clint, so there's not as much preparation before I leave for the day. 2. Saturdays are pretty laid back since most of the administrative team is not working. 3. Saturdays are really productive because things are relatively quiet. 4. I sometimes treat myself to a McDonald's breakfast. The best thing about working on Saturdays is that Sunday is now the first day of my weekend, which means I no longer suffer from the Sunday afternoon blues. You know what I mean...that terrible Sunday night feeling when everyone is preparing to go back to work/school. Yech. For some reason that feeling doesn't translate to my Monday afternoons. Wonders never cease.
Today I'm purging a glass paper weight with dolphins in in. I have quite a collection of glass paper weights and I'm just not too crazy about animal-themed ones.

I love this picture because of his little hand covering his little face and because his hair has a blondish look. He's been turning over onto his tummy more and more during the night. I'm always surprised when I go into his room to find him tummy-down. We've also been reading to him in Spanish. I don't have many regrets, but not speaking a second language is one of them. We want Petie to be bilingual!
