I have always loved Crayola crayons. I love the green and yellow box. I love the waxy papers. I love the names of the colors. I especially love that crayon smell. I find a pack of fresh crayons hard to resist, which is why this purge will probably come as a surprise to those of you who know me well. Because I love Crayons I own the equivalent of ten boxes. I have one of the big Crayola "treasure chests" of crayons and a set of 64 crayons, so an extra box of 24 is just plain unnecessary. None of the crayons are broken and many of them are still sharp. I'm sure they'll make some little girl or boy very happy. I just hope they appreciate the cerulean blue, forest green and scarlet colors as much as I do.
