For the last month, I've been exercising twice a day...once for sculpting and once for cardio. It adds up to about 45 minutes a day. It's frustrating when I don't see the results that I think I should be seeing. Though I haven't lost a lot of weight or sizes, I do feel a lot better. I've lengthened my running route and I notice that it's easier for me to run. Though I can't do a full push up just yet, I can go farther than I used to. I'm making progress and I know that I'm healthier for my new routines, even if I'm not thinner. At any rate, I'm purging these cargo capris because they just don't fit anymore.
