September 2: Ramekins

Day 115

When you get married, you get to go to a department store and register for wedding presents. They give you a scanner gun and you can register for anything you want. This leads to you registering for things you don't really need or want. I registered for this set of ramekins when I got married and I have no use for them. Zero. I like the idea of ramekins, but unless I made creme brulee on a regular basis I have no real reason to keep these. I've never even taken them out of the box.

Last week, we purchased a busy station/walker for Peter at our local thrift store. It was only $7 and it was one of the best purchases we've made since he was born. He loves it. LOVES it. Since his feet do not yet hit the ground, he gets to kick his legs to high heaven and kicking his legs is about his favorite thing in the world.

He's such a good boy and Clint and I both feel so blessed to have this little man in our lives. He teaches us everyday.
